Welcome to Claremont, your perfect base for exploring all that North Wales has to offer.

We have put a lot of love into creating a beautiful holiday home to enjoy time with family and friends by the sea.

About

Claremont is a stunning Victorian property with contemporary interiors and panoramic views across to Anglesey and the Great Orme and, for much of the year the most amazing sunsets!

Located in the picturesque seaside village of Llanfairfechan, tucked between Conwy and Bangor, there is plenty to do nearby for the more chilled out days.

Comfortably sleeping 8, the house is bright and spacious, less than 100 meters from the beach and well equipped with everything you need. Claremont is a wonderful place for family get-togethers or friends looking to meet up and spend quality time together.

The house which has been in our family for over 80 years has been recently renovated to the highest standard, we have kept all original features while bringing a modern feel with carefully curated interiors. Each room has been lovingly designed creating a wonderfully unique retreat with an eclectic mix of stylish wallpaper, tiles and furniture.

There a two gorgeous bathrooms and a separate WC room, all with striking tiles, this includes a shower room the ground floor and a bathroom on the second floor with a roll top bath and overhead shower.

Being parents ourselves we know how many things young children require! We provide a travel cot (stored in bedroom on ground floor), high chair, play pen and buggy (all of these are stored in the hall in basement). There are also plenty of books and toys in the drawers in the bunk bed drawers.

Access to the house is up a small flight of outdoor steps and the interior is of typical Victorian design and layout. For these reasons we are very sorry that we are unable to accommodate guests with limited access or wheelchair users.

The back garden has recently been landscaped and like the rest of the house offers a gorgeous area to relax and is a real suntrap in the warmer months.
