Balance is due 30 days before arrival 

 If the booking is less than 30 days from the start of your holiday the full balance is required. 

Check in time is 16.00pm and check out is 10am prompt. It is important you keep to these times to allow for smooth changeovers between guests. 

We hope you have the best stay at Claremont, we do have a few simple rules to follow, any guests not adhering to these rules will be asked to leave with no refund given. We are a no smoking, no pets property. Please note that we do have a strict no parties and no hen / stag do policy. A refundable security deposit of £250  will be taken 30 days prior to your stay to cover any accidental damage. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your stay.

If you need to cancel your stay, please give us as much notice as possible. A non refundable 30% of your stay is taken at the time of booking. The balance of your stay is due 30 days prior to your stay and the total cost of your holiday. Please click here for our full Terms and Conditions
