Location
Claremont is a beautiful pink house situated on the colourful Promenade in Llanfairfechan with a lovely beach to explore, two children’s play parks, a skate park and a paddling pool. This popular seaside village has everything you need including two small supermarkets/shops Co-op and Nisa, a delicious local restaurant Seagrass that also offers take away to be enjoyed at the house or call in for a lovely brunch and the Pavilion a favourite lunch spot for the kids and their holiday ice cream fix.
The play parks are a short walk from the house and it is the perfect spot for scooters and bikes, there is even a skate park for the more adventurous. There is also a brilliant zero waste shop Nood Food which offers fresh bread, veg and lots of eco-conscious products and gifts. If you are looking to stock up then Llandudno Junction is about 8 miles with a Tesco and Lidl. Bangor (also about 8miles away) has a good selection of Supermarkets: Tesco, Aldi, Morrisons and Asda.
By Road
Follow the A55 from the west to junction 14 from east junction 15, for Llanfairfechan. Follow the main road to the crossroads with traffic lights, then turn right through the village until arrive at the Promenade. Claremont is in the middle of the row of houses.
By Train
There is a small train station which is located on the Crewe to Holyhead line. Not all trains stop here and the ones that do are request stops only. You will need to notify conductor to stop or signal to the train.
